EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – The City Council filled two board seats when meeting Feb. 22 at the Public Works Building. The council approved Susan Blaser for the Historic Preservation Commission and Reggie St. John for the Hall of Waters Steering Committee, with St. John taking the oath of office that night.
