A warrant has been issued for a Henrietta woman who allegedly violated her pretrial release conditions. Misty L. Silkwood is facing two felony charges of abuse or neglect of a child with no sexual contact and had previously been released on her own recognizance with bond conditions. The conditions included that she be under house arrest and electronic monitoring, appear in court as required, not commit any new offenses, submit to all orders, have no contact with any victim or witnesses and have a home plan at a residence in Henrietta. Ray County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Tara Medlin recently filed a motion to revoke release conditions and issue a warrant.
