Two Excelsior Springs properties have been approved for special use permits.Excelsior Springs Director of Economic Development Melinda Mehaffypresented considerations for two properties at a recent city council meeting.The first property in question is situated at 706 St. Louis Street.Lee Watkins submitted an application for the renewal of a special use permit with stipulations and no time limit.
