Football camps spark epiphanies
PREP to PROHigh heat, drop kicks, random observations and points that amuse are all part of the wide, wide world of sports at the community and national levels.I should’ve used “Big Bertha.”That’s a realization I’ve made since covering an Aug. 1 multi-team high school football camp session at Tiger Stadium with fellow journalist Miranda Jamison – or “MJ,” as we also call her.
