A special use permit has been granted to a Historic Hall of Waters District business.Bethany Harvey is preparing to launch Glass House Tattoo Studio at 463 South Thompson Avenue. The studio, which will focus on providing custom tattoo services, catering to a clientele primarily from out of town, plans to be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The studio will boast a unique plant-themed area complete with vintage decor, creating a distinctive atmosphere for clients.Prior to the approval of the permit by the council, a public hearing was conducted by the Planning and Zoning Commission, which recommended the approval of the application.
