Girls cagers expect to be intense, relentless
It’s showtime for Excelsior Springs varsity girls basketball, according to coach JD Biermann.“We have goals of creating an intense and relentless style of basketball for our fans to see,” Biermann said.Biermann expects a group of experienced of players to help provide that intensity and relentlessness. The group includes post player Kinley Rogers, who’s in her third season of varsity basketball. Rogers, a junior and the sister of teammate Kayden Rogers, was an all-district selection and named a second-team Greater Kansas City Suburban Conference-Blue Division selection last season.Bella Loeffert, Madeline Andreasen and JosieCasler also return.
