Excelsior Springs Hospital’s Senior Life Solutions program is highlighting new research which explores what truly makes people happy and ways science believes individuals can build more meaningful lives.Senior Life Solutions Program Director CarmenSmith said findings from the American Psychological Association state happiness is not limited to fleeting pleasure but also includes long-term fulfillment and well-being.“Happiness isn’t just about feeling good in the moment,” stated Smith. “It’s about long-term fulfillment and well-being.”The research defines happiness in two main ways.
