The Excelsior Springs Fire Department (ESFD) is joining the Meals and a Visit Program to support homebound residents by adding a focus on home safety and prevention.The Meals and a Visit Program (MVP) is run through the Excelsior Springs Parks, Recreation and Community Center and supports homebound residents through home-delivered meals and regular visits.
