Nellie Louise Whitham, 73, of Excelsior Springs, MO, passed away on Monday, Oct. 11, 2021. She was born on Monday, Sept. 20, 1948, in Marceline, MO, the daughter of the late David Clancy and Marjorie Bush.

Louise worked for Spa View most of her life which is now Excelsior Springs Rehab. She was a med tech. Louise dedicated her life to work and raising her two boys and grandson. She enjoyed the Kansas City Chiefs, loved Travis Kelsy, knitting, and reading Daniel Steel books. She also loved watching her son David play softball.

Survivors include two sons, David and wife Laura M. Whitham of Excelsior Springs, and Daniel Whitham of Excelsior Springs; grandson, David Whitham, Jr. of Excelsior Springs; and three great-grandchildren, Loretta Louise Whitham of Saint Robert, MO, Easton J, Whitham of Saint Robert, MO and Summer Whitham of Excelsior Springs.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, Oct 15, 2021, at 1 p.m. at Crown Hill Cemetery. Services will be officiated by Jay Bettis.
