ES man granted bond modification

Justin A. Clark, 37, is charged with resisting or interfering with an arrest for a felony.

Clark was ordered to appear this week for a criminal setting hearing, but his public defender, Rebecca M. Abeln, filed a motion for a continuance as she will be on vacation.
The continuance was granted and Clark will appear next at 9:30 a.m. on July 9.
