A Rayville man recently entered a plea of not guilty on two felony charges.Brian K. Grass, 56, — with charges of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and third-degree domestic assault — appeared before Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Joe D. McGaugh. Although previously being held without bond, a $15,000 bond was set.He is currently in the custody of Ray County Jail and will appear in court again at 8:30 a.m. on August 13.According to the complaint filed by Ray County Prosecuting Attorney Camille A.
