ESSD approves service contracts

Six service contracts have been approved for the Excelsior Springs School District (ESSD). Board members approved agreements for services with Rainbow Center, Synergy, Zack Group, Behavioral Health Allies, the University of Missouri Kansas City, the City of Excelsior Springs and KVC Behavioral Healthcare Midwest Inc.

Four ES businesses awarded grants

Four Excelsior Springs businesses received grants to support their downtown area establishments and future achievements. Last week, Other Trails LLC, a quaint local coffee shop, and Ray’s Lunch, a beloved restaurant, were both honored to be among the 500 businesses selected to receive a $10,000 Backing Small Businesses Enhancement Grant from American Express and Main Street America.
