Tickets are now on sale for the third annual Excelsior Springs Rotary Club Grocery Grab, set for Aug. 26 at 9 a.m. Rotarians are partnering with the local Price Chopper for their event, with tickets on sale for $10 through August 19. “All proceeds from raffle ticket sales go toward scholarship funds for Excelsior Springs area students and Rotary Club initiatives within the community,” said Rotary Club President Sean McNabb. A drawing will be held at 9 a.m. at Price Chopper, with six tickets being drawn. Holder of five of the winning tickets will receive a gift basket. The sixth ticket holder will participate in the grocery grab, with five minutes to run through the store, grabbing items of their choice.
