Local authorities have identified the two men found dead inside a local residence last week.Dare M. Kinney, 33; and Chad D. Wooten, 31, were found and declared deceased, according to the Excelsior Springs Police Department (ESPD).On March 12, ESPD officers responded to a home in the 200 block of Woods Avenue after a family member of one of the residents requested a welfare check.Upon arrival, police found the home secured but were asked to force entry to check on the individuals inside.Upon entering the residence, officers discovered the bodies of Kinney and Wooten, both appearing to be victims of unnatural causes.
