An Excelsior Springs Police Department (ESPD) officer is proudly celebrating 22 years of dedicated service to the city.Over the course of her extensive career, ESPD Officer Kristina Baxter has taken on a variety of roles within the department, showcasing her versatility and commitment to law enforcement. She takes pride in her years of service and is committed to continuing work to enhance public safety and foster community engagement in Excelsior Springs.Baxter embarked on her career with the city in 2003 when she accepted a position as a dispatcher. At that point, she was employed in a corporate job in the insurance industry.
