An Excelsior Springs volunteer has been recognized by Excelsior Springs Good Samaritan Center and was featured in the group’s September newsletter.Carolyn Bisbee has been put in the volunteer spotlight for dedicating her time to the center.“Carolyn is a huge asset to our center,” said Good Samaritan Center Officer Manager Angela Elliott. “She ended up having some free time and instead of sitting around the house, she decided to put in some hours of service with us. Thankfully, she enjoyed helping in the pantry and now she’s a regular volunteer and one we can definitely count on.”Bisbee began volunteering at the Good Samaritan Center in February.
