MIRANDA JAMISONExcelsior Springs earned 69.5% on its 2025 Annual Performance Report, keeping the district in the monitoring phase of state accreditation and prompting a lengthy and often tense discussion among board members and administrators about student growth and accountability.Assistant Superintendent of Academic Services Dr.Melissa Miller noted the score represents a composite of several weighted factors, including academic achievement, subgroup performance, growth, attendance, graduation rate and postsecondary readiness.
