A Mosby man has been granted a bond reduction after appearing in Clay County Court.Dustin R. Miller, 39, has been charged with first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.He recently appeared before Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Louis Angles, who lowered the bond from $5,000 to $2,000 with 10% allowed.Miller was previously informed of his charges in open court and pleaded not guilty.He will appear for his next hearing at 9 a.m. on Nov 5.According to the complaint filed by Clay County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Angela K. Ravkin, the range of punishment for the class D felony is imprisonment in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections for a term not less than one year and not to exceed seven years; or by imprisonment for a special term not to exceed one year in the county jail or other authorized penal institution; or by a fine not to exceed $10,000; or by both imprisonment an...
