Community Bank announces changes in leadership

RICHMOND – Community Bank of Missouri announced Stephanie Landwehr has been named the bank’s president and chief operating officer. Landwehr began her banking career in Richmond in 1978 after graduating from the University of Missouri with a degree in accounting. She succeeds D.R. Landwehr, who will retain bank responsibilities as chairman and chief executive officer. Brad Hogan has been named executive vice president. Hogan is a graduate of Baker University. He has worked with the bank since its inception in 2001 and will work as an executive team member on strategic goals. Michelle Rector has been promoted to vice president. Rector joined Community Bank of Missouri in 2005. She served as a loan processor/administrator and has worked her way up to loan officer. She will develop markets for the lending department and oversee loan production.
