A healthier, longer life in Excelsior Springs might begin with just one click – or a pen and paper at the Hall of Waters.Through the end of May, Thrive Excelsior is asking residents to complete its 2025 Community Survey, a tool designed not only to collect opinions but to shape the city’s future.
