Community survey offers path toward progress
A healthier, longer life in Excelsior Springs might begin with just one click – or a pen and paper at the Hall of Waters.Through the end of May, Thrive Excelsior is asking residents to complete its 2025 Community Survey, a tool designed not only to collect opinions but to shape the city’s future. The survey, conducted every two years, helps determine what priorities matter most to those who live and work in Excelsior Springs – and whether progress is being made in areas that affect health, housing, economic opportunity and overall satisfaction with life.“The survey lets us hear directly from residents, as well as other people who are connected to our community, about their hopes, dreams and concerns for Excelsior Springs,” said Thrive Excelsior Community Coach Kim Halfhill.“We compile all this information and look for common themes, which we use to determine our priorities for the next five years.”The data gathered this spri...
