Craft mall continues to bring in vendors

EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Wild Bunch is doing a wild bunch of business at 1218 N. Jesse James Road, in the former Diggers/Trade Fair building. Vendor Crissy Brayfield, Liberty, had a booth at the craft mall on opening day three weeks earlier and said business has been so good that she has taken space for another booth. “Fabulous. I even expanded,” she said Saturday. “Everybody seems happy it’s here. It’s something different.” The space already exceeds 200 booths filled with crafts and eclectic items that move in and out of the store, or in the case of the wooden rocking horse tested by Beretta Voltmer, 18 months, move back and forth. More booths are coming to the store, owned by Tina Barton. “Within the next two weeks, they’ve got 20 new vendors coming in,” Brayfield said.
