EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – A new play is coming to Excelsior Springs.

“For several years in February, the Excelsior Springs Area Cultural Guild has brought a Murder Mystery Production to town. COVID put a little hiatus on us the past year, but we are back bringing mystery in an original play that has a few twists and turns,” guild information states.

The dinner theater mystery is back on Saturday, Feb. 19, at The Montgomery Event Venue. There will be a salad, dinner, dessert and cash bar. On Sunday, Feb. 20, there will be a dessert along with the performance.

Funds raised will be used for scholarships for area seniors who plan to further their education in the arts, either in college or trade schools. Scholarships have been given to students from Excelsior Springs, Lawson and Orrick.
