EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Scores of children participated in the Community Easter Egg Hunt April 15 at Excelsior Springs Nursing and Rehab, 1003 Meadowlark Lane.

Activities Director Chris Young said probably 200 people attended.

“The residents love watching the kids,” she said Monday, adding Halloween is a favorite for residents, too.

Because of COVID-19, the facility did not hold hunts in 2020 and 2021. With restrictions lifted, the center brought back what normally is an annual event, Young said.
