White, Snelling take seats on ES School Board Unofficial General Municipal Election results, with all precincts reporting, have been released by Clay County Board of Elections Commissioners’ Chairman Darla Wierzbicki. Of the 179,294 registered voters in Clay County, only 12.38% — 22,191 — chose to cast a ballot on April 2. Traci White and Troy Snelling will take seats on Excelsior Springs School District #40 board, receiving 11,006 (23.23%) and 10,228 (21.59%) votes respectively. Russell Wenz received 444 votes, or 21.64%, and Kristi Shewell took 394 votes, or 19.21%.
