Golf Hill: Michael Kelley, WM, 73, reported a burglary at his residence overnight. Investigation continues. 10:12 p.m., S. Kansas City Ave. and St. Louis Ave.: Crystal L. Bradford, WF, 35, was arrested on an Independence PD warrant for failure to appear for shoplifting with bond of $2,000 secured. Bobby D. Crippen, WM, 41, was arrested for walking in the roadway with bond of $100 cash or surety. Thursday, February 20 12:29 a.m., Isley Blvd. and Francis: Victor Carrasco, WM, 34, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, lane violation, open liquor and 12 hours detoxification.
