The Excelsior Springs School District’s elementary schools – Lewis, Cornerstone and Elkhorn – continue to provide families with monthly updates on student achievements and school initiatives aimed at fostering academic growth and engagement.At Lewis Elementary, Principal Dr. Jill Comstock emphasized the importance of celebrating student progress. The school has recognized students and classes demonstrating high STAR reading and math growth. Teachers and students are working hard as classes begin Module Four of the Wit and Wisdom curriculum, covering topics such as continents, Cinderella stories, healthy eating, art, myth-making and breaking barriers.
