The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department. Tuesday, March 6 At 8:25 a.m., Jamie Rissell, 32, was arrested for failure to appear. At 8:54 a.m., Jeffrey Merriman, 50, was arrested for kidnapping – 3 rd degree; unlawful possession of firearm; (felony) unlawful use of weapon – subsection 4 – exhibiting; domestic assault – 4 th degree – 1 st or 2 nd offense. At 1:34 p.m., Angelyna Baker, 18, was arrested for trespassing – 1 st degree. At 5:30 p.m., Isaac Clampit, 29, was arrested for outside warrant service. At 6:19 p.m., Brendan Parsons, 36, was arrested for outside warrant service.
