The Excelsior Springs Police Department reported the following arrests handled recently by the department. THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9 At 11:30 a.m., Ronald Lana, 44, was arrested for failure to restrain. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10 At 9:00 a.m., Cole Roberts, 27, was arrested for traffic lanes. At 10:25 a.m., Gary Wrisinger Jr., 36, was arrested driving while license suspended/ revoked, 2nd offense. At 5:40 p.m., Drayton Jeffers, 22, was arrested for failure to obey traffic signal. At 8:00 p.m., Rebecca Baldridge, 44, was arrested for stealing – all other larceny. TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 14 At 5:50 p.m., Raymond Brower, 44, was arrested for an outside warrant service.
