Excelsior Springs man arrested for two felonies
An Excelsior Springs man has been arrested for two felony charges.Donald W. Vassmer, 40, has been charged with two counts of tampering with electronic monitoring equipment.He recently appeared before Eighth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Lori J. Baskins and entered a not guilty plea.Vassmer will appear next at 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 10.According to the complaint filed by Ray County Prosecuting Attorney Camille A.
