RICHMOND – Holiday events have returned to Excelsior Springs and Richmond as the pandemic is getting under control. RICHMOND A classic Richmond holiday event, the Christmas Extravaganza and Parade, will go through downtown and include his holiday highness, Santa. The parade will return to Main Street on Thursday, Dec. 2, through the cooperation of Shirkey Golf Course and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. The event will include Santa and the chamber’s annual Christmas tree raffle.
