Angela Fornelli and Thorne Bisbee Banks will be married on June 2 at The Elms Hotel in Excelsior Springs, with Pastor Jake Edwards officiating. The bride is the daughter of James and Laura Fornelli of Overland Park, Kan.; and the groom is the son of Roger and Lynn Banks of Stilwell, Kan. The bride will wear an ivory full-length A-line gown with a lacy bodice and tulle skirt. Her headpiece will be an ivory floor length veil with pearl trim, “something borrowed.” Angela’s wedding band is a gift from the groom’s grandparents and will be her “something old.” She will be carrying beautiful white and blush roses with baby’s breath and blue wildflower accents with white ribbon.
