Over the course of six years, the Excelsior Springs Area Chamber of Commerce (ESACC) has made remarkable strides in expanding its trolley service. This expansion has been largely attributed to the dedicated efforts of Trolley Administrator Lindsay Hall, whose unwavering commitment and hard work have been instrumental in bringing about this growth. Hall’s journey with ESACC began in 2018 as a part-time secretary.
