A Kearney couple has been released on bond following their appearance in court while facing a charge involving incest.Larry C. Anders, 67; and Rachel Ann Anders, 44, both of Kearney, are each charged with one felony count of incest and were released on $50,000 surety bonds following appearances before Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judges Louis Angles and Karen Krauser.Larry appeared before Judge Angles and entered a not guilty plea. Rachel appeared before Krauser with her attorney; however, no information was provided about the hearing.Her next court appearance will be at 9 a.m. on March 10, while Larry appeared again on Feb. 5; however, information was not made available as of press time.According to the complaint, the range of punishment for the class E felony is imprisonment in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections for a term not to exceed four years; or by imprisonmen...
