A dedicated police officer is proudly celebrating an impressive 27 years of service with the Excelsior Springs Police Department (ESPD).Throughout his tenure, ESPD Detective Brian Kennedy has worked tirelessly to uphold the law, foster community relationships and contribute to the safety and well-being of Excelsior Springs residents.Kennedy embarked on his career with the ESPD on October 16, 1997, as a patrol officer. His journey to this position began while he was actively serving in the Sedalia Police Department, where he gained valuable experience and skills in law enforcement.
