Liberty man charged in Ray County murder
A Liberty man has been arrested and charged with two felonies following an alleged shooting situation which occurred in Ray County last week.BradA. Vincent, 43, is in custody, facing two felonies of second-degree murder and armed criminal action, according to the Ray County Jail. No bond is allowed and there has been no court date set as of press time.On March 20, Ray County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) Deputies D. Case and C. Kay were dispatched to a residence on West 168th Street on a report that a male party had been shot. Ray County dispatch told the deputies the shooter was no longer on the scene, and the victim was inside a camper on the property.“Upon arrival, a female party ran out of a camper on the property and advised Royse to help her,” the probable cause statement written by RCSO Detective K.
