A Richmond man has been released from jail after posting bond for charges stemming from an alleged stabbing in an Excelsior Springs Price Chopper parking lot.Jeremy P. Daigle, 46, is facing two felony charges of second- degree assault and armed criminal action. He recently appeared before Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Karen L. Krauser for an arraignment hearing and entered a not-guilty plea for both charges. Following the hearing, Daigle posted a $10,000 bond and was released from Clay County Detention Center.Daigle will appear for his next hearing at 9 a.m. on April 15.On March 11, five Excelsior Springs Police Department officers responded to the Price Chopper parking lot in Excelsior Springs after receiving a report of a stabbing incident, according to the report. Officers learned the suspect’s license plate information, noting the vehicle was a black Ford Fusion and had left traveling eastbound on 10 Highway....
