CODE ENFORCEMENT AID FIRST RESPONDERS AID COUNCIL MEMBER BALKS EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – The City Council amended the city code Tuesday to require landlords seeking business license renewals to submit tenant lists to the city’s Community Development Department annually. The department’s neighborhood specialist, Laura Mize, lobbied for the amendment Feb. 1. City leaders discussed and then “tabled” the idea. They renewed discussion and approved the amendment Feb. 16.
