Outgoing staff undermines incoming sheriff; county EMS director submits resignation

RICHMOND – Bitter feelings, allegations of pranks and possible criminal acts perpetrated by some of the outgoing personnel at the Ray County Sheriff’s Office surfaced during last week’s Ray County Commission meeting.
