Excelsior Springs Parks and Recreation Foundation (ESPR) is raising funds for community projects, including the new Milwaukee Park, and you can help by purchasing engraved bricks that will be a part of the walkway at Rainbow Splash Park. The ESRP, according to www.es-prcc.com, has the sole mission of advancing, promoting, and enhancing resources and activities sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department. The Foundation utilizes education, awareness, conservation, and preservation as a mechanism to make a positive impact within the community with a goal to impact the quality of life and the health and well-being of those visiting and residing in the community.
