Probation revoked for Wood Heights man
A Wood Heights man has been arrested after his probation was revoked by Clay County Court.On Aug. 30, 2019, Dylan M. Hendricks, 29, entered a guilty plea to one felony first-degree burglary charge. On Oct. 11, 2019, Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Janet Sutton sentenced Hendricks to five years of probation. After a probation violation report was filed on June 15, 2024, Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Timothy J. Flook ordered Hendricks’ probation to be revoked.Hendricks recently appeared before Flook, where he admitted to violating his probation, including not reporting to his probation officer, not completing ordered treatment and using drugs.Flook ordered Hendricks’ previously imposed sentence to be executed – six years in the Missouri Department of Corrections – and for him to complete the Long-Term Substance Abuse Program while there.On Feb. 1, 2018, Excelsior Springs Police Department officers were d...
