Public’s help needed in finding theft suspect
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a second suspect connected to a series of package thefts that occurred in the Northland during the Thanksgiving holiday and the subsequent weekend.Matthew T. Robinson, 41, of Excelsior Springs, has been charged with one count of felony theft and one count of felony possession of a controlled substance in this case. His accomplice, 24-year-old Kayley Worthington, faces the same charges and was arrested last week; she is currently in the custody of Clay County Detention Center.
