On Sept. 13, Mike and Denise Riley got another reminder that a dream of theirs had come true. That day, the Rileys staged the grand opening for their business, the Shamrock Ranch. The Excelsior Springs Chamber of Commerce assisted with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Rileys have worked together to bring their dreams of the ranch to life since purchasing the land in November 2019. Mike Riley found the ranch.
