School board approves three tech replacement bids

EXCELSIOR SPRINGS– The school district is receiving technology infrastructure upgrades. On March 8, the Board of Education approved bids submitted by TwoTrees Technologies LLC in Wichita, Kansas, to replace universal power supplies, Wi-Fi switches and Wi-Fi access point devices. The access points will be installed in six schools, including Cornerstone, an elementary school slated to open in 2021-2022, district Technology Director Lynnette Procopio’s March 1 memo to district leaders stated. Per the memo, the total cost is $12,232, with the district paying $2,446. In another memo, Procopio stated the switches are for the middle school and Cornerstone, Elkhorn and Lewis elementary schools.
