LIBERTY – A former Excelsior Springs resident faces multiple felony charges in Clay and Platte counties involving the alleged spending of money he did not have at area businesses. Joshua Edward McCoy, 31, 20023 N.E. 102nd St., Liberty, is being held in the Clay County Jail after failing to appear in court to face charges.
