After 11 years of service to the district, a prominent community member has announced this will be their final year before retiring.Excelsior Springs School District (ESSD) Superintendent Dr. Jaret Tomlinson’s last day with the district will be June 30, 2025.Tomlinson communicated his intention to retire to the Excelsior Springs Board of Education (BOE) and recommended devising a plan for the seamless transfer of his duties to a successor.
