Two area residents have been arrested in connection to a burglary of an under- construction housing development in Liberty. Roy C. Worrell, 49, of Excelsior Springs, and Patricia A. Sollars, 40, of Richmond, have been charged with felony second-degree burglary, misdemeanor stealing and misdemeanor second-degree property damage. Worrell and Sollars entered pleas of not guilty in Seventh Judicial Circuit Court on Jan. 29. According to the probable cause statement, an officer with Liberty Police Department (LPD) was patrolling in the area of Vintage Lane and Harvest Road in Liberty. In this area is an under- construction housing development, where multiple thefts have been reported recently. “LPD Officer 1 observed Patricia A.
