EXCELSIOR SPRINGS – Following a precautionary setback, Valley Manor Nursing Home reopened to the public Monday, Administrator Doreen Hasenbeck said. After being closed by COVID-19 a year earlier, the facility reopened briefly only to shut down after two days because a resident tested “positive” for the virus. “We ended up isolating her for 14 days.
