A warrant has been issued for an Excelsior Springs woman after she failed to appear in court.Angelyna M. Baker, 18, is facing one felony charge of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.Clay County Court mailed a criminal summons to Baker on July 10 and ordered her to appear for an initial appearance hearing last week. When she failed to appear, Seventh Judicial Circuit Court Judge Louis Angles issued a warrant for her arrest with a bond of $5,000 cash or surety.According to the complaint filed by Clay County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Savina A.
