Donna Marie (Busick) Crouse, age 67, a resident of Excelsior Springs, passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021, at North Kansas City Hospice House.

Donna was born the daughter of Raymond and Laura (Corum) Busick, Sept. 2, 1953, in Lees Summit. She was united in marriage to J.D. Crouse on Nov. 24, 2004, in Excelsior Springs.

Donna, in her younger days, loved to go dancing. She also enjoyed playing cards, loved going to the boat and enjoyed playing casino games on her phone while sitting outside. She absolutely loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, J.D. Crouse, of Lawson; three sons, David Crouse of Lawson, D.J. Crouse of Lawson and James Stanhope Jr. of Chillicothe; three daughters, Tina Stevens of Kearney, Mary Grayson of Excelsior Springs and Geneva Rivera of Lawson; two brothers, David Busick of Polo and Richard (Gayle) Busick of Excelsior Springs; two sisters, Janice Lippencott of El Dorado, Kansas, and Janette Busick of El Dorado, Kansas; 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Busick and Laura (Corum) Perdue; one son, Everett Daniel Crouse; one sister, Doris McIntire; one brother, Dennis Busick; and several other family members that are gone, but not forgotten.

Visitation and services will be on Friday, May 14, at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs on Missouri Highway 10 in Wood Heights. Visitation will be held between 1 and 2 p.m., with the funeral to follow at 3. Burial will be at Siegel Cemetery.
