Orrick varsity volleyball coach Mackenzie Ketterman and her Bearcats could not be defeated at the North Platte Volleyball Invitational. At least not in terms of overall matches.The Bearcats went 1-0-2 for the Oct. 5 competition. They split 1-1 with both Penney of Hamilton and South Harrison, and swept Maysville 2-0 to secure third place.Orrick took the first set against Penney 2517 and dropped the second 25-19, Missouri State High School Activities Association records state. The Bearcats won their first set against South Harrison 26-24 and dropped the second 25-23.
